Support humanistic AI

A decade of humanities-led AI — the curriculum, the student research, the global reach — was built with almost no dedicated funding. Sustaining and expanding it requires support. Three ways to give.

Endowed program support

Fund IPHS broadly — curriculum development, research infrastructure, visiting scholars, equipment, and conference participation. Builds a permanent base for humanities-led AI at Kenyon.

Student research support

Directly fund students to continue humanities-led AI research over the summer — the work that has been downloaded ~100,000 times and counting. Each fellowship produces a publishable original project.

Kenyon giving portal

Give directly through Kenyon College's general portal and designate IPHS / AI, Humanities & Society as the recipient. Tax-deductible. For donors who prefer the institutional channel.

How to designate your gift

Three steps so your gift reaches IPHS

Visit gift.kenyon.edu.
Under Designation, select “Other (specify instructions)”.
In the Gift Designation Comment field, write “AI CoLab summer research” — or “IPHS general support” if you prefer the gift go where it’s most needed.

Without these steps, the form may default to a designation that doesn’t reach IPHS. Questions? Email the director.
